These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and y288 ("y288", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the y288 website located at https://y288.org and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the y288 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

y288 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account with y288, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y288 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 21. Age verification is conducted prior to first withdrawal and may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the y288 platform or any associated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the y288 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. y288 bears no responsibility for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate information provided at registration.

• Your account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y288 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].
• y288 reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable balance return procedures.

All accounts must be operated by the registered account holder personally. Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

y288 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change and will be communicated via the account dashboard.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time subject to successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. y288 does not apply processing fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which y288 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within standard processing times depending on the selected payment method. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been verified in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account dashboard at time of request.
• y288 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms, y288 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

All transactions are conducted in PKR. y288 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

All bets placed on the y288 platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product category, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, and Tongits Go. Detailed rules are accessible within each game or betting market.

General Betting Conditions:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the y288 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• y288 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, technical faults, event cancellations, or evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps apply across all markets and are displayed within the respective betting interface. y288 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of y288's trading and operations team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. y288 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market.

For cricket betting specifically: y288 covers PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is and domestic Pakistan competitions. Specific settlement rules for each market type (match winner, top batsman, total runs, etc.) are documented within the sports betting section of the platform.

y288 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms.
• y288 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• In the event of a conflict between general bonus conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Loyalty Program: Members participating in the y288 Loyalty Program earn points on qualifying bets across all game categories. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and redemption values are published on the Loyalty Program page and are subject to change. y288 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program with reasonable notice to Members.

y288 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling on the y288 platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be regarded as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Members may configure maximum session durations after which the platform will automatically log them out.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to prevent uncontrolled losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent) by contacting y288 support or using the self-exclusion tool within Account Settings. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended and all marketing communications are ceased immediately.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent in session to help Members maintain awareness of their gaming activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y288 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during account operation.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripts to interact with or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately; winnings derived from known bugs are void.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting y288's dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing y288 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures or account restrictions imposed by y288.

All content published on the y288 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of y288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y288 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any platform content without prior written authorisation from y288.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software forming part of the y288 platform.
• Use of y288 trademarks, logos or brand assets in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scraping, data-mining or systematic extraction of content from the platform by any means.

Any unauthorised use of y288's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y288, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical faults, platform outages or payment processing errors beyond y288's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings resulting from the voiding of bets under the circumstances described in Section 5.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any of its features.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, y288's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within the requested timeframe.
• Breach of applicable laws or regulations in the Member's jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure for cause, y288 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any relevant investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Member without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

y288 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, y288 will notify registered Members by posting a notice within the platform dashboard and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the y288 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Amendments will not apply retroactively to bets or transactions completed before the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which y288 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the y288 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, Members must first submit a formal complaint to y288 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. y288 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction through this internal process, the Member may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body applicable under y288's gaming licence.

Members are encouraged to retain records of all transactions and communications that may be relevant to any potential dispute.
